If you feel like the jacket isn’t “the one,” no worries. Just reach out to us within 7 days of getting your order. We’re happy to help you with a return no awkward questions, no cold replies. Just one friendly condition: the jacket should be unworn, unwashed, still with the tags, and packed nicely the way it came. Try it on? Of course. Take it for a quick twirl in the mirror? Please do. But wear it out or spill coffee on it? That’s when we can’t accept it back.

To start a return, all you have to do is send us an email at inquiries.mleather@gmail.com with your order number and a little note telling us what didn’t work out. We’ll reply within a day or two — and promise, it won’t feel like talking to a robot. Just real people on the other side who actually want to help. If we made a mistake or your item was damaged when it arrived, we’ll take care of the return shipping too. If it’s a regular return, you’ll just need to ship it back to us.

Once your jacket is back in our hands and we’ve checked that everything’s in good shape, we’ll refund you to your original payment method. That usually takes 5 to 7 business days. Prefer store credit instead? Sure! If there’s another jacket calling your name, we’d love to help you find your perfect match.
