Custom Sizing & Fit

We know how personal a good fit is. That’s why we offer both standard sizes and custom fits. If you're going for custom sizing, a small additional charge may apply. It’s worth it for that tailored feel — like your jacket was made just for you (because it was).

We kindly ask you to check our size chart carefully before placing an order. If you ever feel unsure, we’re just an email away and happy to help you pick the right fit. Since each jacket is made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for sizing mistakes caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Payment & Security

We understand how important it is to feel safe while shopping online. That’s why we use secure payment methods like PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and other trusted platforms. Your information is handled with utmost care and never stored without your consent. All prices on our website are in USD, and any applicable taxes or shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

If your order includes special requests, or if it’s a custom-made piece, please be aware that once production begins, we cannot process cancellations. If a cancellation is made within the first few days, a partial deduction may apply depending on the progress of your order.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our jackets with trusted international couriers like DHL, FedEx, and Skynet. Most orders arrive within 8 to 15 business days, but since we're shipping globally, delays may happen due to customs or local conditions. We’ll always send you tracking information as soon as your jacket is on its way.

Once your order is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for delivery lies with them. But don’t worry — we won’t disappear. If something goes wrong or you need support, we’ll be right here to guide you.

If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address, missed delivery, or failure to clear customs, any re-shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We create each jacket with love and care, so naturally, we hope you love it too. While we don’t accept returns, we do allow exchanges — but only in case of a genuine issue like a manufacturing defect. If you ever receive something that isn’t quite right, please let us know within 3 days of receiving your order. If it's confirmed as a defect, we’ll cover all shipping costs and make things right.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed after full inspection and may take 15 to 20 business days. In some cases, a restocking fee or partial deduction may apply depending on the situation. Items that have been worn, damaged by the customer, or made using custom measurements are unfortunately not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

We ask for your understanding and patience here — handmade products deserve a little care and time.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, we ask that you do so within 24 hours. If the order hasn’t entered production, we’ll try our best to accommodate your request. After that, there may be a deduction depending on how far along the production has gone — sometimes up to 30%. Once your jacket is fully in production, cancellations are not possible.

We pour love and time into every jacket from the moment your order is placed — and we hope you understand that we do it all with quality in mind.
